  • Essential MVMT classes are designed to help balance and strengthen the body, improve postural alignment, increase flexibility and strengthen mind-body awareness. We love a challenge and a “feel good moment” and guarantee that you will walk away with quite a few!

    We offer Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level classes in Mat, Reformer, Tower & Chair. Our classes are designed to help you progress between levels seamlessly and will provide both modifications and challenges to meet you where you are in your practice. Our classes are offered in a small group setting, limited to 7 people.

    We require all new clients to start with ten (10) MVMT Essentials classes or privates before transitioning into Intermediate level classes.

  • We offer one-on-one, duet and trio sessions for a more tailored training experience for you and/or your small group. When working in private sessions our teachers are able to direct and modify exercises specific to your body, skill level, needs and goals. Private sessions have access to all Pilates apparatus.
