Our boutique studio is fully equipped with Balance Body equipment and offers private, semi-private and group class training. We are a proud host studio for the Classical Pilates Education Program, and offer comprehensive teacher training.

As a Pilates instructor at Essential MVMT, you will play a vital role in guiding and motivating our clients to achieve their fitness goals through Pilates exercises. In this position, an ideal instructor will have the following responsibilities. (Please note: additional responsibilities may be added or presented throughout the course of employment)
Conducting Pilates classes and private sessions for individuals or small groups.
Developing and implementing safe and effective Pilates workout routines.
Providing hands-on instruction, correction, and guidance to clients.
Monitoring and assessing clients’ progress and educating them on their ideal package.
Demonstrating proper form and technique for various Pilates exercises.
Educating clients on the principles and benefits of Pilates.
Adhere to the start and end times, intensity and description of each class.
Be punctual, be responsible of your schedule and limit subbing.
Build attendance and retention of clients through personal, social media engagement and announcements.
Work directly with Management by communicating feedback, maintenance issues, substitution changes and requests, and scheduling.
Attend mandatory meetings with Management

An ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
Certification in Pilates instruction from a reputable training program.
Hold and maintain current CPR/AED certifications
In-depth knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and equipment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with clients of all fitness goals.
Ability to provide clear and concise instructions and demonstrations.
A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness objectives.
Able to provide basic assists and adjustments for clients, which may include minimal weight lifting, spotting and supporting.
Ready to engage in ongoing professional continuing education and development.
