Nope! We welcome beginners!
Our staff is trained + experienced. We are thrilled to see people of all ages and stages and fitness backgrounds walking into the studio. -
That depends on you: your current fitness level, your reasons for practicing and your comfort level with new things.
We do require 10 Essentials or Mixed Level classes for all new clients, and offer a variety of classes so that can choose the best ‘first class’ for you.
If you’re still not sure which to start with, reach out to us and we are here to help!

Wear what you feel comfortable and free to move in! We do suggest wearing a more fitted top and leggings, as loose clothes and sweat pants tend to get in the way while using equipment. Pilates is practiced without shoes. Grip-socks are required.
